We offer a simple hassle-free 14 day returns policy to make shopping at Sam Olgar Hair as easy as possible.

We will accept and issue a refund for the cost of any unsuitable item/s providing they are returned in original unworn condition and packaging.  Please note we can’t refund any grooming products due to hygiene reasons.

How to make a return:

  1. Please email us at to notify us of your return.
  2. Place the item in its original box and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. 
  3. Send the item to Sam Olgar Hair, 9 Bridge St, York, YO1 6DD
  4. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the original payment method.

Please note return postage costs will apply and please obtain and retain your proof of postage from the post office.

International customers please state ‘Return of Goods’ on the customs declaration form provided by the local post office or the courier you choose as customs costs are not included.


We can't refund grooming products due to hygiene reasons.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount.  We shall send you an email of your refund confirmation.

Please allow the following times for your refund to reach you, depending on your original payment method.

  • Bank Account payments will take 3 - 5 working days
  • PayPal payments will take 1 - 2 working days
